Personal Training Program Design

We recommend our comprehensive process below for first-time clients, which takes approximately 1.5 hours. If a client wants to start sessions immediately, the completion of a basic medical and exercise history form is the only requirement.

| Elite Questionnaire
|
You fill out our proprietary questionnaire that covers medical history, exercise history, lifestyle, nutrition, and fitness goals. All your information provided is kept strictly confidential.

| Fitness Assessment
|
Before beginning any training sessions, we test the following:
Resting Heart Rate
Body Fat
Body Measurements
Blood Pressure
Posture

Total Energy Expenditure
Aerobic Capacity
Strength
Flexibility
|
|
|
Analysis & Recommendations
|
We analyze weak points, areas of strength, and make recommendations as to how we can best help you meet your health and fitness goals. Your Personal Trainer will design your personalized Fitness Program based on the information you provided in the questionnaire, the fitness assessment, and any additional conversations.

| Training Sessions
|
Personal Trainers meet with clients for either 30 or 60 minute sessions. We encourage you to use our Elite Fitness Tracker, which has nutritional and exercise tracking, but this is at your discretion. Additional assessments will be conducted to monitor your progress over time.
