Empowering our Clients

Our goal is to not only help you acheive your health and fitness goals, but to empower you. Our Fitness Specialists are experts at motivating you to try your best, get excited, and acheive your potential. In addition, we constantly educate clients on every facet of their program and throughout every personal training session. You will have learned so much through your ETP training experience, that you will be able to confidently and effectively work out on your own.

Personalized Fitness Programs

Fitness Specialists work closely with you to design a fitness program that gets you the results you desire safely and efficiently. The commonality between all fitness programs we design is that (1) they incorporate cardio, strength training, and flexibility, (2) follow exercise paramaters established by the American College of Sports Medicine, regarding the frequency and intensity of workouts, (3) are constantly altered so you never will do the same exact workout twice, (4) are complemented by practical nutritional guidance. The best fitness program is the one that gets you results and keeps you motivated.

Constant Communication

We encourage clients to communicate as much as possible with their Fitness Specialist, from how they feel the day after a workout to what parts of their program they enjoy or dislike the most. The more communication, the more effective, customized, and enjoyable the training experience will be.

Conviction in our Clients

If you have any doubts about meeting your fitness goals, you can count on us for knowing you can. We have unwavering conviction that you can reach your fitness goals and you can see it in the eyes of your Fitness Specialist. It will take some discipline and hard work, but the attainment of your goals and the overall ETP training experience will be tremendously rewarding.
